Estate Sale Consultation:
FREE
Our Consultation and Sales Estimates are Free of Charge and are completed at a time that is convenient for you. Our commitment is to make this process as smooth as we can for our clients while obtaining the greatest success for them.
Estate Sale:
35% Base
Our base Percentage (%) of the net proceeds from each estate sale is 35%. This amount may increase, depending on how much inventory we are processing, but will not exceed 45%. Other fees may be assessed. For questions about this or any other information, please contact our business office.
Clean Outs, Moves, Hoards:
Varies:
Our charge for Cleaning out a residence, assisting with moving to a Long Term Care or Assisted Living Unit or Clearing a "Hoarders" residence is based on a case by case situation. In some instances we may actually pay for items vs. being paid. As always, we are happy to offer a free consultation.
Disbursement Store:
In our Disbursement Store, our pricing is as follows:
Acquisition
At the end of each Estate Sale, we offer to purchase the remaining contents from the owner(s). These items will be taken back to our storefront for our Monthly Disbursement Sale & Auction.
Consignment
We do offer Consignment opportunities to the community as we have space. Our Consignment percentage is 25-35% depending on quantity and items being consigned. We offer a free consultation regarding consignment items.
Liquidation Buy Outs
From time to time, we do liquidation buy outs. Our interest in these depends on our storage availability at the time as well as what the items are, and our ability to move them in a timely manner. We are always open to conversations on Storage, or Liquidation Buy Outs.
Hourly fees
75$ / hour
Up To Date of Sale, Treasured Relics charges a fee of $75.00 per hour, with a cap agreed on by both parties.
100$ / hour
For Hoarding Situations, our Hourly Fee PRIOR to Sale Day is $100 an Hour with a pre-approved cap.
30$ Person / hour
Moving items: Our Flat Fee Price for Moving items off Sale Property is $30 per Person / Hour.
